SEASONAL OVERVIEW
Important details for a smooth and enjoyable stay
- Seasonal rates include up to 2 adults and all dependent children under 18 who belong to those adults.
- If there are no underaged children, up to 3 named grandchildren under 18 can be included at no additional cost.
- Non-dependent children and additional people must be added to the contract or pay visitor fees on arrival.
- Water is generally available spring through fall, usually April through October, weather dependent.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Seasonal camping is not residential living.
- Living on the campground is not allowed.
- Winter use should generally be limited to weekends, holidays, and school vacations when water is off to most sites.
- Non-dependent children and additional people must be added to the contract or pay visitor fees on arrival.
- Excessive winter use may be treated as living on site and could lead to contract cancellation.

Security Deposit
A one-time $500 refundable security deposit is required in addition to the yearly fee.
Waitlist
If a site is not available, or if you want to wait for a sewer site before bringing your trailer in, you may join the waiting list.

Background / Credit Checks
All adults must have a background check. Credit checks are required for primary adults unless the site is paid in full.
